KineticCaptions writes word-by-word captions for a talking video. The picture stays on the device. The sound is sent to write the words and is not kept.
A caption file does not rewrite the original. SRT works in Resolve, Premiere, and CapCut. ASS keeps the look. Free Resolve can place that file and cannot write one.
A video with the words burned in is a new file at the same picture size, frame rate, and quality number. When the file does not say a quality number, the screen says so and uses the existing high fallback of 50 Mbps.
This path does not plan an edit and does not encode cuts. This device can send 40 minutes of audio a day. No account is required.
