The transcript can be wrong. KineticCaptions does not promise that a caption is accurate, complete, or fit for a commercial post. Read the words before you publish them. To the extent the law allows, liability for how you use a transcript or an export is limited to the amount you paid for a lifetime pass, and to nothing if you have not paid.
A lifetime pass is a license to skip sponsor clips in this software. It is not a subscription. The price on the export screen is the list price in the billing currency for your country. Website checkout is not open until a checkout for that currency is connected, and this screen does not charge you before then. Store prices on iOS and Android are the prices shown by Apple or Google. Tax is added by the merchant.
A refund, expiry, or cancellation has to be recognized by the merchant. This device drops the lifetime pass when the license service confirms the key is no longer valid. If the device is offline, the last valid token remains until the next successful check.
Free export can watch a sponsor clip to unlock 3 exports, or continue after the ad fails to load. Skipping or closing a clip that already started does not unlock the file.
