Save an MP4 or an ASS file
Burn the captions in, or download ASS for a desktop editor.

Does this post the Reel for me?
No. You get a file. You upload it to Instagram yourself.
Can I use my own font?
Yes. Add a .ttf or .otf file in the style panel.
What if I leave the page?
Edits are kept on this device for 24 hours. The video itself is kept only when it is 512 MB or smaller, and it is cleared after export or 24 hours idle.
